ATI weekly news
Par 1 canned and on every letter
Par 2 ATI capt safety work
HR launched an official ATI Facebook page a few weeks ago. They also have a dedicated page on LinkedIn. Both sites allow us to post career opportunities, pictures of things going on around the company. Not only will this serve as a recruitment platform, but also provides an outlet for our employees to connect with each other. The hope is that we can continue to grow our online presence. To find us on Facebook search for Air Transport International, Inc or @ATIacrosstheglobe in your Facebook search engine. Our LinkedIn page can be found by searching for Air Transport International, Inc. in the LinkedIn search engine.

It was a tough month in Wilmington. We really couldn't figure out what to do. So the millennials in the office took to Facebook. We think ATI can build some friends this way. We bought RedFacebucky a new tablet from fisher price so he could play too.
Amazon’s July Performance was 99.53% for the first week of the month. DHL and AMC are at 100% for the same period! Prime Day was a reported success and I have been asked to pass along “thanks” from
Amazon!

Its really kind of hard to elaborate on this & we can't even say the number here in the office with a strait face. We decided not to round the Amazon number to 100 just for ####s sake and all. We really admire you guys carrying the company on your back as you do. We're not simply going to be a monkey on your back, we're going to ride you like an African Silver Back Gorilla. The early departures, carrying airplanes, volunteering, open time pickups are really helping us out. If Amazon were to start an airline you guys would be first choice [office group laugh] Remember Amazon is watching you guys. [sucking sound from under desk]

The Amazon contracts have performance based incentives.
I have concern over the legitimacy of those figures. Im not saying that they are falsified, but that requires substantial ops help. 76's are reliable but a major couldn't replicate those numbers. Bet those logbooks are creatively done.
No secret your the lowest paid out there. You're not doing yourself any favors by carrying airplanes.

here we go again, this weeks report
Amazon’s July Performance. 2 diversions in 2 days caused by thunderstorms, those delays that impact our performance are those associated to Dispatch, Crew and Mechanical failures. The mid-month Amazon performance is at 99.5% with DHL at 99% and AMC at 100%.
Good thing you haven't figured out the performance bonus we Get from Amazon. Wow! we only have a .5% incentive to return to the table. I sure hope this is going to be another 10yrs of intense negotiations.

I think that it's a fair bet that the customer calculates the figures itself, regardless of what the airline says. And generally these kind of contracts are loaded more towards penalties for nonperformance rather than meaningful additional compensation for anything other than truly-stellar performance.
That said, operational failures cost money and potential future business, whether in the form of penalties or unreceived additional income.
