Not only would you cross.....you would be the first and then try to.leverage it into a management job

Then you would brag to your friends about your new job

Why don't you just do everyone a favor and just go to Kalitta. Those guys are bragging about trying to get a LONGER DUTY DAY

You would fit right in with them

Dear Screwed,

This isn't even a thread that involves me. Was just cruising the boards and wanted to see what the other folks were talking about....

But, I just need to understand why you seem so hell bent on angering and belittling everyone. Is your view of life so bitter and small that you just can't offer anything constructive? WTF, dude, can't you at least make a point that is valid?

We are all in this to try and bring our collective asses to a higher place. And, anyone who wants to dive into this segment of the industry helps all of us be assured that our respective employers stay in business so we can duke it out at the bargaining table. Why belittle someone who may be the guy who ends up walking the picket line with you?

If you can't offer valid comments, you should look for another hobby. Just sayin'

Tried to tell you in another thread. Uncle Ned got to Screwed one too many times and now he's perpetually ****ed off. His "handle" says it all

72 hours credit/month as a super senior FO, but I preferred to be home more and do split lines, vs. 17-day lines.

PM me for info on actual lines.

Hey, I've heard split lines mentioned before on this board but can anyone explain how the schedule would actually look for the month? How senior woud you need to be in order to be awarded a split line? Are they equipment or base specific? Thanks in advance.

A split line would have 3 to 5 trips in a 60-day bid period (typically three). You might see two in a 30-day line, but you're more likely to see a reserve line built like that. 60-day lines tend to go junior.

Every base has its own quirks, I suppose. A small base might only have a coupe of flying lines, everything else reserve. You'd have to compare each base's bid package to get a true picture.

You all need to lighten up. KS posts made me laugh. Your reactions made me laugh even more.

The user name, however, is not really funny

I'm at a 135 ops. Per diem doesn't exist here and I'm unfamiliar it the concept. During training, how many hours does the $2.40/hr apply to in a day, i.e. 8, 12, 24 hours total? Plus the flat $1600.
