Ameriflight SJU

Hey Guys,
Currently a 121 FO but looking to jump ship to move down to the islands. Does Ameriflight hire diretly into SJU or do you have to work in the mainland first? If they do hire directly to San Juan, what time are they looking for.

I asked that question a couple of months ago and someone on here from Ameriflight said that they don't, but then I saw them looking for SJU pilots on Climb to 350 a week later. I tried to find the add, but they must have removed it. They only fly Turbine down there, mostly Metro and 1900, so they want a bit more time...I think it was 1500 / 250 minimum.
