Safety Survey
I received a link, (I had to copy and paste into my browser 
), in my company email today. I encourage everyone to take it, after thinking about how much the quality of schedules has declined during your time here.
We all get the constant barrage from management pushing safety, however because of the staffing model, we are pushed by scheduling and pairing construction. These constant pushes, can have us working in an unsafe condition, even simply flying some of our pairings as published. I look at some of these schedules and think, legal isn't always safe or smart.
