ACMI Commuting

With the increase in cargo volume in Asia do any of the “home based” ACMI operators have US pilots commuting from overseas? For example living in SE Asia and commuting to Incheon to start a trip?

World has at least one guy who commutes from the PI to the US to start trips. So it can be done.

I believe it would depend on the terms of the contract. They usually specify that you live within a certain distance of an airport with scheduled service. Presumably they could go further and require that it be within the CONUS, or the US, or that it have X number of carriers, or Y number of international flights, or whatever.
