I'll refer you to the dozen or so other Atlas threads for that update.

So regardless, they have automatically entered into status quo. And they have ceased to be at-will employees. They receive the right to arbitrate per the RLA from day one. All at no expense so far, while gaining all the rights of union, including representation at any disciplinary hearing, government agency, or court hearing. The details of the process are indeed negotiated in an LOA. This is what I was referring to in the previous post as to what is one of the first things done after certification after the appointment of interim reps.
“Right to work” applies only to the NLRA and does not cover airlines, which fall under RLA.

With all the military contracts that Western Global has, do you need a US passport to be considered or is permenant residency enough?

Strongly disagree.. Ive seen it firsthand when I was at Northamerican. We only had 180 pilots and ALPA did a good job with what we had even defending a Teamsters written contract we had.. hats off to them!

No idea, I haven't gotten a TBNT since I applied just been mum. My guess though is 4000 hours+, but I honestly have no clue.

Are the schedules usually 17-20 days straight? Or are there split lines available?
