I think just about every job has this, ACMI’s or whoever you work on Earth. No huge surprise. It really shouldn’t have to be like working in the coal mines for 30 years till you die. Airlines that are most successful have schedules that suit everyone and different planes. Its like what people say about Southwest...8 legs a day flying the 73 for the rest of your life.

Working for ACMIs is not bad at all. All of the pussies out there have no idea. We work, in my case, 16 days a month, maybe fly 7 of those days. So tough. Then I get to home to my family for two weeks every month. Do I have to non-rev to get to a base or crash pad, nope, paid ticket on day 1, then rest period, then for the next two weeks fly maybe 7-8 legs, with travel to amazing destinations. If it was easy, everybody would do it. Man up, quit being a bunch of pussies.
