Fortunately on the CRJ side of things we have a high pass rate. We don’t just hand them out, but I’ve taught/checked since the beginning of the program and have not had to fail anyone yet. We’ve given people extra sim sessions if they are not ready, rescheduled checkrides. I can tell you every check airmen in this program has no motivation to mess up a persons career by handing out an undeserved failure.

What are the chances of a 300ish hour CMEL pilot of getting sic in the falcon as a new hire? Or would they be predicated to spending a year or two sitting sideways in the 727 as a FE ?
