Be careful going to an IBT airline
Watch the 60 minutes show and watch how Dan Wells represents the Allegiant pilots. Allegiant has 2/3 of the pilots at Atlas but gets thrown under the bus.

If you think putting management s toes to the fire for a punitive safety culture is a bad thing then perhaps there are other motivations here.
