You know. People say that there’s a prevelant issue of sexual assault on women in the airline industry, to which I disagree. But this having sex with underaged Asian girls is extremely prevelent on the cargo side of things. Every other 60 year old captain you fly with on these trips is into this disgusting ****e.

Just don't engage in disgusting and illegal activities and you have nothing to beware of. If it is illegal in the United States you should probably not be doing it anywhere else while on the company dime. How about we just call this behavior what it is, CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE.

I am no prude. If your single and want to get your kink on with another consenting adult I am OK with that. I might even live vicariously through your stories over a beer but child sex is wrong no matter where it happens. Don't give me that crap about it being different over there and how their culture is much more sexual free or my favorite, "they really like doing it". Beware because? This took place in Alabama. Now some people might not think that Alabama is part of the United States, but. You want to have U.S. Customs asking to look at your phone and electronics when you return from a trip? Where as I am not a porno fan, some people are. With kids, well that is sick! There is this thing called the Fourth Amendment by the way.

There is an exception carved out to the Fourth Amendment for CBP/ICE.

I'm not encouraging or advocating child sexual abuse. Just informing you of the measures you should take in light of all your information is available to the agents at the border/entry into the US. HERE is a LINK to a pdf file from the EFF on digital rights and suggestions on what to do to protect yourself and data on your phone/computer because they can search and/or seize your devices to include your company equipment.

Personally, I incrementally backup my devices to encrypted web storage, encrypt my cellphones and laptop. I also don't buy top of the line devices knowing that they can be taken away in the US and many other countries. Also due to the TSA factor of them dropping my devices which has happened twice in five years. When they ask me for my passwords to look around and I don't remember the password to decrypt the device they have usually just torn thru all my belongings in payback or just blew it off and moved me on. To date, no seizures so far for me and my customers are happy to know that I follow this policy with their data I have to carry with me on trips.

The Fourth Amendment does not extend to border inspections. That’s why there is no search warrant needed when they shove their hand up your ass. This sick **** got what he deserved. Unfortunately ....it’s federal prison time and not state.
