Thanks for the thought and courtesy of "not wanting to recommend another board", although we've never wanted to present our site as a "gouge factory". Obviously there are resources on the net that can provide some answers about the interview, although it's often dated and very subjective. We hope that the company profile information along with a pilot's experience would be a good headstart for an interview, but then, nobody likes surprises!

Maybe the hiring section of this board can grow with respect to interview "gouge" who knows?

Thanks again for the courtesy.

you must keep in mind too that you'll be hired so they can fire/furlough you and scared the atlas guys onto a ****ty contract. they did it last time and they are doing it now to polar ( the moment the nmb release us, magically, they needed to fire all the probationary crews). the management at aawwh is evil and have no morals. just like at ups, with the differece that the ups managers can run a profitable enterprise and the clowns at aawwh can't. take the job only if you are ready and willing to be unemployed in 12-24 months ( or you think you'll be out of there by then after getting some heavy experience).

about what you read on pprune, don't believe everything. most atlas guys are good guys that want polar to succeed and some are not being paid for supporting our fight.

good luck
