Your post wasn't dripping with enough sarcasm, it would seem.

A) Regionals
B) ACMI with a foul work environment
C) ULCC

For me, none of the above. ATI is actually a good fit for me. Is for many others too. If purple or brown never call, I’m in a good spot for now.
Isn't ATI answer B?

No. Simply because the work environment is actually pretty good. We have some awesome people here. I get treated well (I know, crazy right!?!), paid what I expected, and generally enjoy the flying.

Is it perfect? No, but is it a decent place to be? I would say so

Where I want to be is this... House paid off, no debt, collecting rental income, financially secure outside of aviation.
Minimum is house paid off, no debt. I can switch roles with the female unit, I'll be a stay at home dad, she goes back to work(in case of lost medical or a great depression in aviation).
Bottom line is that even at an ACMI, having to go to a regular job like everyone else for a tiny percentage of the pay for 10 times more work would be a devestating realization to my psyche. I have a poor track record in that world.

Far from it, actually. Issues? Yes, of course. "Foul"? No.

Policy? What telling the facts as they happened. Does having the whole story scare you?
