Default Paper Bidpacks going away

As you know, under the new CBA, paper bidpacks will soon be a thing of the past.

Last Bid Pack - 480 x 603 - Med.jpg

You'd think they could at least get the last one right!

ADMIN FCIF:
Due to an error in the bidpack pairing software, there is some pairing
information missing off the printed bidpacks. Specifically it is the duty
period information which populates under the header's: block, credit,
duty, and layover.

This problem has been identified and the fix is now in place. The PDF
files titled Bid Pack at pilot.fedex.com is now updated with the correct
information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you want to continue to receive Paper Bidpacks through November, you must change your bidpack delivery preference in VIPS:

Set Bidpack Shipment Option

It has defaulted to "Receive Bid Pack Electronically" whether you know it or not. If you want a paper copy, you have to go change it back.

Or you can try printing it in the AOC like I saw at least two doing yesterday. They couldn't figure out why it doesn't print well from the non PDF version.

The problem with printing it in the AOC is that the one sided bid pack is VERY THICK and HEAVY. Then you have to put it in the copy machine and make a double sided copy ... kind of a drag, takes a long time and other pilots complain that you are hogging the printer when they need to print flight releases and weather and MEL's ...

Some people ...

The black and white printers in the AOC print double-sided.

(And they're relatively fast.)

Or you cheap bastards could send a few bucks to Fastbid, help a brother who did some good work out, and save yourself a lot of time and trouble.

Or...circle and highlight to your cheap content.

Fastbid=bid done pretty quick. Thanks Jim...

25 sheets of paper, including the blank one on the back. Next month we'll see the introduction of the Bid Napkin.
