Hey Congrats Tiger! I knew you would get the call sooner or later. I'm waiting to hear the results from my interview last week. It was a great experience. They really just want to get to know who you are. The resume "discussion" just means they want to make sure you meet all of their minimum qualifications. I wouldn't sweat the "pond" stuff. You applied and met the mins , now the next window must meet the current mins, which is pond crossings. Good luck and have fun!

Congrats on the call. I guess those of us who have taken the assessment do have a shot at those domestic slots!

Does anyone know if your app says "on file" and "complete" that they look at it or does it mean you are not qualified right now? And do internal recs help to get your Resume to HR when you actually have all the quals? Thanks.

I know several AF guys that qualify (previous heavy AMC guys) and they got the same notification. I think UPS may be doing that 100 at a time thing that someone mentioned in another post.

"on file" is how mine looked before I was called.

I hate to say it but I think there is no way today (unless you are the CEO's son maybe) they will waive the 1000 PIC turbine requirement. Do you have any?

It is but it's not rocket science. Everyone has to learn at some point. I can understand the preference but to make it a requirement is silly IMO.

That's great! Less competition for my buddies that really want to work here!
