What type of 777 is Kalitta getting? 777-200LRF? or a passenger 777 converted to a 777 freighter? Also what will the routes be for the 777? Thanks. Just curious.

Just put something that would be relevant to a flying job. Are you a champion aerobatic pilot? Do you speak relevant languages? Did you do something awesome that would spark a conversation? (Win at Indy, fight off a grizzly bear with your hands, etc). That’s your chance to stand out. Just keep it professional since HR guys read that.

I was able to tell the difference between a real woman and a lady boy in the red light district in Pattaya Beach Thailand.......does that count? Haha

That is an important life skill

The first one is a factory freighter we are buying from Emirates. I believe the 200LRF. No one knows the routes yet, but it’ll be DHL

If it’s from emirates then it’s definitely a -200LRF. But that’s great news hopefully you’ll get the 11 that rumors are saying.

Is there a even a conversion for the 777? I did not think Boeing had signed off on it yet.

Nope I agree with you as far as I know I don't think there is either. I could be wrong though

I thought at one point that K4 was going to be the launch customer for the 777 BCF, but technical issues with converting them lead to it being abandoned? Something to do with needing the bigger engines?

A converted 777 freighter would have the smaller wing, lower thrust engines, and lighter weight gear of the 777-200/200ER vs the factory 777F. It would be a lighter weight/shorter range version than the pure freighter which has the bigger wing, heavier gear, and 110,000 lb thrust engines.

The exception would be a 777-200LR converted to a freighter. However, there just aren’t that many of that variant.
