If I understand the post correctly, these guys came from Emirates as Street Captains. To act as PIC under 121, you have to have logged 1000 hours SIC under 121 or 135 if I remember correctly. Did they get a waiver around it?

What makes you think they wouldn't have 1000 SIC under part 121? These guys are all American expats.

Well if that's the case, that would explain it. There have been a few cases of guys not having the SIC hours and getting a waiver of some sort. Was seeing if there was more information on that. Thanks!!!
