There are no "ongoing negotiations". As of OCT we are going to arbitration. The door has been left open by the union but it does not appear that the company has the intent of knocking at this moment. As with anything else in this world the current status is subject to change at any time.

👆 what he said. Pay raises have stopped and the flights are being covered and there are no recruitment issues and Kalitta is busier than ever. This is a perfect storm. Why negotiate at all until legally mandated.

I could be wrong but wasn’t there a stipulation in the contract to continue pay raises after expiration?
