Why would we push for a quick contract you ask?

Because if there isn’t one, and a good one at that, you will prob see half of the pilot group turn over as it’s a pilots market anymore... not managements. Look at Atlas. Their turnover is staggering, they have aircraft sitting on the ramp yet still pay for them. How much are they hemorrhaging?

Think K4 wants any part of that?
K4 wants to be a career destination, if they don't have a good retirement, the younger pilots will leave. I am getting a lot of peer pressure to reconsider my steadfast position of staying due to how many years I have left. I really don't want to leave.

What are line pilots realistically expecting a new contract to have (assuming of course that the company actually does want to get it done in a timely fashion)?

This isn’t the place for that discussion - it can undermine the negotiating committee. I have full faith in our MEC. Make your voice heard by filling out the survey.

No it’s not. You need to call the operations number on the website.
We don’t do much NRT. At least I haven’t. Mostly NGO.

Thank you. I thought I read somewhere you started a contact flying ORD-NRT.

I will call.
