How many busted this week?
Well "given the opportunity to resign"

Abx new hire
50% chance half your class won't show for training.
50% chance you bust out of initial
50% chance you quit in first 2 years.

For what? Abx doesnt even have one Shiney amazon painted plane.

Default ABX washing out new hires..

And still no upgrades in sight (ABX only runs classes of 2 captains at a time, maybe 1 or 2 a year lol) the latest and most junior captain was a 1995 hire. It’s a complete Joke!

I'm not sure how you get to "no upgrades in sight" when we already know there are plans for 10 more this year.

And maybe you could explain how your complaint fits into new-hire washouts, the purported topic of this thread.

I will believe the upgrades when I see it, when the upgrades were announced it reminded me of the usual hot air. My complaint was to warn new hires.

Exactly. We always get the promise but nothing ever happens. With this company, seeing is believing! And on top of that, we never seem to give off the impression that we are looking more than 5 minutes in front of us.

But we have to understand is that they are dragging their feet a little on this. Yes, they did announce that it was going to be 2 per month. This is still running it thin on staff given the number of people that have left and the people leaving soon. But it did happen, yes. It was somewhere around 10-12 which just covers attrition.

We put out the proffer and it has been just that. There has been no firing order to who and when upgrades will take place here. And for a lot of people, it's hearsay. Do you blame anyone for not believing it?

If you have any inside knowledge that is more than that, please share.

It's not rocket science....every airline is scrambling for pilots. You can't upgrade if you don't have the fo's to replace them. Just like ATI, Atlas etc 6 are scheduled for class 3 commit and 2 show up. They made the decision to hire and upgrade...too little too late sure....but here is the kicker....98.5 percent on time. Everything gets covered. Guys will bi@th and moan and still show up and do it. As to who and when...ck the seniority list. When.....thru August.
