It's not rocket science....every airline is scrambling for pilots. You can't upgrade if you don't have the fo's to replace them. Just like ATI, Atlas etc 6 are scheduled for class 3 commit and 2 show up. They made the decision to hire and upgrade...too little too late sure....but here is the kicker....98.5 percent on time. Everything gets covered. Guys will bi@th and moan and still show up and do it. As to who and when...ck the seniority list. When.....thru August.

ABX washing out new hires..
I’m sure there are plenty that are ready when their number comes up. But for some of the new hires it’s still a ways out. Plenty of time to really focus. If you were living day by day at a company that presents itself with zero future...would you take it serious?
I’m sure BedtimeFr8 has a list of issues he would be willing to share. They paint a picture that the company straight up has zero ability or chance to attract good talent and has been doing that for decades.
I don’t know what the company could do to make sure these FOs stop messing up on a daily basis. That’s like 110 pilots. Maybe the company could revamp the training to better fit the needs of what the Captains want. Perhaps the job is being made overly complicated. Or perhaps check airmen want it done one way and line pilots want it another. But Fr8 brings up a good point, it’s tough training and you continually have to keep learning.
You probably shouldn’t come here...don’t ever come here...and don’t let me catch you here...ever. Lol

Attention ABX new hires awaiting class. The union just met with the company in negotiations for the first time in 6 months and reported there was NO progress from the last time they met. At this pace meeting only every 6 months you can see how long this will potentially take. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time coming to an airline where you won't be appreciated.
There are no growth airplanes.
No end in sight to a contract despite what management may have told you. There is a reason 50% of those hired in the past 3 years quit. If you think I'm joking just ask anyone to see the list from a few years ago.
Team Sopie doesn't know how to get a deal and never will!
