No. You do not need a clearance, nor will you get one.

It was a requirement to be able to pass one, when I was hired.
We have a few pilots with dual citizenship, so don't worry about it.

The security clearance is issued to the company. Employee's within the company must be able to pass a background check, there is no personal security clearance so you can't say YOU have a personal military security clearance.
