Not any since 2001. We've had a guy quit and go back to United and several leave for SWA and FDX.

We heard about a dude who had to take several orals and FE checkrides just to get out of the schoolhouse. And then on line took 60-70 hrs of IOE before the company decided to let him go.

So if I can keep my IOE below 60 hours I should be golden. :)
