Open Skies in Europe
I read that the Open Skies agreement is to be signed April 30th and wondered how that may affect Fedex SIBA flying. There is an A-300 on our CDG ramp every night operated by a UK outfit flying Stanstead-Dublin, supposedly because we, as non UKers, aren't legal to do it. Didn't see any Dublin layovers in the May bidpack, though. Anyone hear anything about this?

BTW, my grandfather was born in the same small town, Clonakilty, County Cork, in 1897!

Uh, you know that Dublin is NOT in the UK, right? Its in the Republic of Ireland, not Northern Ireland, which IS in the UK! Michael Collins would be very disappionted in you!
