Company flies (2) 767's out of MIA for a cargo feeder contract. New chief pilot (former Eastern 2) chief came on board and 25% of the Captains departed in short order.

Company has limited jumpseats for commuters and pilots are expected to live in Miami.

Latest string of emails from DO to pilots, not positive prognosis. :mad:
