I’m reading your earnings release this morning. Did y’all just get a 10% pay increase?

We did. Thanks to this interim pay raise, we have finally gone from being the lowest-paid heavy aircraft operators in the U.S. to now being the lowest paid heavy aircraft operators in the U.S.

I don’t know your times but how would you prioritize applications?
I would think I fit in pretty good with the so-called "heavy hitters" you mention. International long haul experience, check airman at a former carrier, no "red flags", etc.

Whatever you think. “HR” has their pick. And they will pick whomever they feel is the best fit.

This isn’t UAL or Delta where HR has control. There are many people giving input on whom they want going forward.

My application online went from under review to hidden. Anyone know what that means? Doesn’t sound great to me

From experiences I’ve heard and seen from an applicant I know that means it’s onto the next stage. Doesn’t mean good or bad but I would expect to hear something in short order possibly. The guy I know had a phone screening the day after his went Hidden. That’s not to say you should expect it. Is hate to promise you something that they don’t deliver. Their process isn’t known to us, it could also mean they have decided not to pursue you as a candidate and you might get a TBNT letter. But a change of status is progress one way or another.
Edit: It should be noted this has been covered numerous times. Which tells me you might not have done enough digging in other aspects of the current situation at the company. You’d do yourself a favor reading all these threads and familiarize yourself with the company that way you aren’t surprised when/if you get here.

Oh I know. My opinion doesn't mean jack. Just trying to figure out why my process suddenly stopped. Haven't received any sort of "thanks, but no thanks" notification. Last communication was that they would schedule me for an interview "during the last week of April", then sudden silence. Just seems odd.
