At ABX, Yes, they can but you can also say 'nah ive got a doctors appointment' and swing by the doctor, get a note, and send the bill to the company. Contractually, they have to pay for it if they require a note. It's a stupid stupid system, like much of the ABX contract, and it needs to change to benefit both sides. I'm not sure how ATI works, but I wanted to make sure we kept talking about ABX

You sit around a lot. I’d say the bulk of the lines fly 50-55 hours in a month (or bid unit).

So I applied to ATI but never got a confirmation email saying they received my application. It said in the browser after I completed the application that it was submitted but I never got an email...is this normal? I'm just used to getting a "thanks for applying" type email after applying to other places so I just want to make sure it went through.
Thanks
Thanks

Ya, lost me on this one. Personally (which doesn't matter to anyone else..), I commute in on workday 1, and out on workday 17. I don't work or commute on day zero or 18. Many here do not (especially if you live in KY/OH). Like anywhere, including ATI, your mileage varies based on your own choosing...i.e. where you live and how you get to/from work.
