While I was getting my passport renewed I did a little bit of hub-turning - the first domestic legs for me since last June.

Did an Orlando, then a Las Vegas. The hotels sucked, there was nowhere to eat in Vegas without a cab/train ride, got my ass pinched by a crack-ho walking to the strip because I'm too cheap to pay $9 for the train round-trip. BOTH of the showers didn't have enough cold water. My catering out of Vegas consisted of frozen waffles (on a no-oven plane)that were still frozen because the rampies put the dry ice on top of the boxes and just left them on the counter for me to schlep up the steps (any Jap in Narita would be dismembered for that - much loss of face.....)

Got my passport back - you guys can have this domestic sh!t. I don't leave my driveway anymore for less than a 4 star hotel and some rampers that know how to run a station. 777: throw me in that briar patch!

The sad thing was - there were two of them, and I was looking at the one who at least had a nice body, when the one that looked like Scatman Crothers reached out and got me....

Obviously had some affect, since neither of the showers had enough cold water! :p

Assume 17 hours of block each way. 17x2=34 (public math)

To fit the MEM sort times... Launch at 0900Z..fly,sleep,eat, for 17 hours. Land at 0200Z.

Layover for 34 hours...Launch at 1200Z...fly,sleep,eat for 17 hours and arrive back at the planet 0500Z.

34 hours of pay for 68 hours TAFB. = Time for a new hobby!:D

They will be using 4 pilots for that one right?
I know AirCanada's YYZ-HKG is about 16 hours on an A350-500. 4 pilots and 16 flight attendents... quite the large crew.

Be careful...Al and Jesse will have you in racist rehab before the weekend hits!

I don't know why they think they have the market cornered on nappy heads. I have seen quite a few Cubans with some pretty nappy lookin heads.

Oh Jeez...I guess I'll see you in rehab.

4. Related to above the excesses off the 10 will almost entirely make the back seat over 60 guys only. Some over 60 guys will be forced to bid the 727.

Why will they be forced to bid the 727... can't these guys retire?
