Anyone else get rubbed the wrong way with this? Maybe I'm looking for management dumping on us, I don't know. I didn't see any words about being happy to be our new SCP or that he's looking forward to working with us, etc, etc. Instead, his email is just a list of pilot failings and implores us to follow the rules. At least he leaves no doubt as to where he's coming from and confirms I won't trust him. Not that I've had any reason to trust management before, but I keep hoping for signs of change.

I didn't take it in a bad way. I'd heard he was a straight to the point kinda guy and that's the way his e-mail was. Personally I'd like to know where he stands up front than find out later when I've screwed something up. I will trust him first until he does something to prove me wrong.

I don't think a fighter guard unit would know what a can of Kiwi was for. Those heavy Guard units must be unusual.
