Just a classy guy with nothing better to do than to come over to the Atlas threads and brag that he makes more than Atlas pilots. What kind of person does that?

What a wonderful use of time and energy. Belittling others.

wow ...

FYI, most Atlas guys I know are not only well aware that Kalitta has a good contract these days, but are happy that they do. In fact, we promote aspiring pilots to go there in lieu of coming to Atlas.

Yet, even a good contract is not enough for some people for whom it is necessary to get online and degrade pilots who do virtually the exact same kind of flying by rubbing our noses in the fact that we are struggling under bad work rules and difficult contract negotiations.

Grow up. In October of 2016 we were some of the lowest payed in the industry and were wondering if we would ever see a new contract after over six years of negotiations. This business is like the player on Wheel of Fortune with $8000 and half of a car. The next spin of the wheel could land on bankrupt and the person in the lead the whole game can lose to the one that hasn't got a puzzle until the last one but when they win it has a trip worth a ton and they end up winning the game.

Yours is bigger today, but there is no need to whip it out and show it in public.

By the way, our union specifically ask us to stop this kind of posting a while back. Perhaps you need to reread the email.

Thank you Sky Jet. I am a current K4 pilot and it disgusts me that some of our pilots would come on here and brag. Those pilots do not represent the majority here. Most of us understand that the rug could be pulled out from underneath us at anytime. Those of you at Atlas, I and many others at K4 support and wish you only the best.

Thanks for the support. I realize that virtually all k4 pilots are good people. Many there are good friends from past lives.

Too bad the few outliers just don't realize that all of our lives and careers are strengthened and enriched when we understand that it is pilots vs airline management and not pilots vs pilots that we need to focus on.

Strength in unity.

You know a lot about Wheel of Fortune. You must get a lot of time off in hotels.

Hey,
I am really trying hard to get in for the 747 position to Atlas.
Do you have an idea what is like the magic number and the average time for new hires?
I have now about 2050 total hours with 510 Turbine SIC.
I do have a 4yr degree and just started working on my masters.
I did talk with the recruiters last Fall but was offered a interview for 737 which i was not looking forward.
Any helps and tips would be really appreciated!

Atlas HR will put you where they need you that month. You could have a -400 type and if they need 737 bodies that is where you will go.

Exclamation I think that the guy was just saying "why?"

Also we have an auto number system, in which you need to disable, if you need to make a change.

But, if you don't believe me, why don't you come see for yourself.

Hey all,

I think that this has gotten a little crazy.. I'm a little confused if Boeing was saying if $1600 per month was a good thing or a bad thing.... I think that the answer is pretty bad.

Then, all I believe Riverside was saying was answering why he wouldn't want to come there since he was already making more money at K4 (which everybody here already knows is the case currently)... I realize that tensions are high these days, but this blow up doesn't make a whole lot of sense... I don't have a dog in this fight, but I think boasting would include dollar amounts... IMHO.
