I know I am going to catch crap for this and it will be well deserved. I was very impressed with the service on Norwegian last summer. Paris-Oslo-Orlando. To use points coming back to US on Delta was a bit pricy as you have to pay fees and taxes. Going out on points was very inexpensive. Norwegian business class was 300.00 a ticket one way. Very good value.

There is so much variable to this question. I booked myself on British Airways. Was the cheapest going to London out of US. $400 a pop. Norwegian is good. But sometimes you can get Emirates for a lot less.

Best and cheap doesn't work well with US carriers though. For traveling to and from US avoid the big three and you will find better and cheaper prices.

Use a travel web site like Kayak or Priceline and keep checking for a deal.

Good to know. I'm booked on Norwegian this summer... Denver-London.

Define “best”

And why is this post in the cargo section of the site? Asking for a friend.
