Which is the best cheap airlines the world?

I know I am going to catch crap for this and it will be well deserved. I was very impressed with the service on Norwegian last summer. Paris-Oslo-Orlando. To use points coming back to US on Delta was a bit pricy as you have to pay fees and taxes. Going out on points was very inexpensive. Norwegian business class was 300.00 a ticket one way. Very good value.

There is so much variable to this question. I booked myself on British Airways. Was the cheapest going to London out of US. $400 a pop. Norwegian is good. But sometimes you can get Emirates for a lot less.
Best and cheap doesn't work well with US carriers though. For traveling to and from US avoid the big three and you will find better and cheaper prices.
