Mountain Air Cargo ATR side
 

What is the latest and greatest on the 121 side at MAC? I'm currently flying the caravan part 135 single pilot, and I'm thinking of making the move. I keep hearing how the QOL is not that great on the ATR's, and most pilots just end up going to regionals instead of transfering to the ATR. I'm not tied down to any base, but would prefer to be based somewhere warm like GSP, ILM, EWN, or MIA. Not interested in going to the regionals, I like the feeder type of flying with QOL and time off being important to me.
