I'm afraid that this is just the start of Frivilous lawsuits until the FAA acts.

Captain, soon to be F/E Namewitheld is just another remanant of the failed T.N. administration where he was director or airline ops. I defend anyones right to seek a remedy however they can for a percieved wrong, but this guy is just a real piece of work.

sandman2122 04-20-2007 05:45 PM

Good! I hope those senior guys blow their retirement savings on these ridiculous lawsuits - they're just making lawyers more wealthy.......

N570UP 04-20-2007 05:49 PM

You should have posted the entire paragraph..He also claimed to be DEMOTED to F/E and being replaced by inexperienced, younger pilots.

He is "demoted" by the FAA, not the IPA or the company.

Get real.

On the other side of the coin ...

The IPA host for my new hire dinner was a "demoted" FE.

He seemed happy with his union and company ... as he should be.

Just goes to prove that there are ALWAYS those that can't be pleased ... to be politically correct !

Later, CC

;)

IGM, IGM, I got mine.... It's pure greed. How do you think you upgraded so early, how do you think you have savings in your B fund.... Because our contracts have assumed(I know the a$$ and 60+1) the retirement based upon 60....Hello Bueller.... Just assume in the middle of your career being pushed back 5 years because of greed. Get a hobby, petition congress, I don't care just leave!!!!!

Priority 3 04-20-2007 08:50 PM

I can't wait to sign Walt's retirement banner.

Freightpuppy 04-20-2007 10:23 PM

What a bafoon. No shame obviously. Does he have 5 ex wives or something?

jsled 04-20-2007 11:03 PM

Yeah, yeah, just get out of the seat old timer. Move on so we can move up just like you did.

8-capt 04-21-2007 04:29 AM

Priority3, great thought, but the co. will remove it in a second once the profanity starts. Should be interesting hope I'am around to see it, and sign it.
I love his remark about inexprienced pilots taking his position. Wait until his sorry A$$ shows up on the line as a FE. Should be interesting.

767pilot 04-21-2007 08:35 AM

I guess taking a dump on his graduation picture as my very special signature is going to be out of the question then?

Freightpuppy,

You are too inexperienced to be able to ask this question. I think you must defer to his greatness so he can tell you what to think and how to answer your own question.

Yes, I can't wait until he shows up on one of my trips. It will make for a VERY interesting trip....

Yeah, I guess I better just shut up and sink into the corner of the bag room where I belong. :(

If I were UPS, I would park the 8's and 747 classics ASAP. Get rid of the herpes before the age 6o change. BTW, you know why they are called herpes?......because you never get rid of them.:D

That would be nice, but that is a lot of lift that would be missed.
