First of all getting a call as a expat isnt easy because most of the HR people dont want to deal with the extra paper work background check or haven’t even heard of the Foreign carriers that are interested in expat pilots like Atlas.
Regardless if their below standard pay and work rules the life style suited me perfectly but at the end of the day im not doing anybody of a favor by joining so I chose to defer the class then not join at all. Im gonna start a class with one of the Major LCC but I was lucky big time having said that Atlas/Southern would have been a dream job with a Kallita Omni contract not because of the money but because the guys are content.

I feel your pain on the expat stuff. Atlas was hostile about my overseas stuff. Glad they spoke to you.

Wow, that's great! So, there is a chance to still get in the door while the opportunity is still there?!?
