I think you are 100% right. The NTSB doesn’t know yet what or why it happened. From my experience, the NTSB loves media attention and will release anything that is factual as soon as they know it. They have been very ambiguous on what they have released so far. Which makes me think they are still trying to figure it out.

not sure if this was said but blocked pitot tube(s) (could be birds, etc) would cause airspeed to decrease when level which could lead to power going to max, that could cause that 4 deg pitching up ie climb, if they countered it by pitching down (descending) it would cause the indicated airspeed to start decreasing, the more they descended the more it decreased causing the power to stay at max even though the true airspeed/ground speed was increasing. Also no stall was indicated but I believe that this is pure AOA not indicated airspeed. if this happened on the both sides or the flying pilot side together with a lack of situational awareness/interpretation might explain this and the statement about “Crew communications consistent with a loss control of the aircraft began approximately 18 seconds prior to the end of the recording.”

Wow. Greg Feith really did say that. Here it is on his Facebook page:

Some of the posters here should watch "Fate Is The Hunter." Blame, blame, blame, and then it turns out a half a dozen random acts cause the crash.
I think posts that ask, "if xyz system did abc, would it fit with what happened?" are great. Learning happens. But much of the rest is ... crap.

Could we say nothing and wait until the NTSB posts something definitive, on accidents like this? Perhaps, but people have an inquisitive nature and like to discuss and learn what other people think on mysteries like this. Some here are pilots and others are not.
More than 75% of accidents are pilot error thus, some of the conclusions are negative to the people involved. This is part of the process. People know they may reach the wrong conclusion and I would bet none mean any ill intention to those affected.
I am sure regardless of whether or not people point out the correct conclusion these discussions can actually be helpful. For some this can give pause causing them to reflect on how they handled their last flight and could possible prevent them from making one of the discussed conclusions. If you have been through airline training you know that they focus on not only the technical know how but put heavy emphasis on CRM/TEM. They play videos of previous accidents not to demean the pilots but to use their mistakes or even valiant effort such in Sully's US Air crash or United Airlines DC19 Flight 232 crash to help us be better crews.
If one does not like these types of discussions then this probably is not the place for them to be. We are not convicting we are discussing.

Just wow!
Too many "experts" on here IMO.
Respect is not even in your vocabulary.
To turn this thread into a *****ing contest blows my mind!
They (NTSB) WILL find out what happened, I'm sure. Or what's the point...
Keep your "expert" opinions to yourself until they find some facts.
Then we can start a NEW thread so y'all can tell them how wrong they were in their findings. And how "RIGHT" you were, with zero knowledge about what ACTUALLY took place.
Just asking for a little respect for their families...
