Ready, willing, and committed does not mean released. Have not even asked. You would then be looking at signs that say "on strike" not "ready to strike". I know it's really tough to understand but you can do it!

All the chest thumping outside of that is just chest thumping.
Two points of pressure. A high quality pilot group that can find jobs easily elsewhere so ABX needs to pay more. Or an inability by ABX to fill seats on new hire classes and an ABX desire to grow operation rather than milk current contract.
And yes - the execs will be making their bucks every year.

You realize you can't strike until released? If you want to get some pressure on the company, that needs to be the pressure - release for self-help. Then strike ballot, notice to other unions so they can honor the line etc. I thought this stuff was obvious.

I though being able to read and comprehend was obvious. The original OP was trying to be facetious while looking at the picture of the crews with signs that said "ready to Strike" go back and reread.
