Most people wouldn't feel the need to state that observation back to the other person in public -- their prefrontal cortex would filter it -- unless they were being judgy.
Moreover, that kind of statement is really being made for the benefit of the group, as if we were a bunch of guys standing around talking and you were heckling or mocking the guy in conversation, so, again, it really does come across as judgy. There's no other purpose of saying it. You wouldn't send it in a p.m. to the person out of the blue. So you're saying it to degrade him or mock him or just preen for the group at his expense.
Just making an objective observation.

Investigations that don’t go to the NTSB are typically a lot quicker & pilot records are updated accordingly. NTSB investigations, in my case, are, typically, longer. 18 months on average but I also know of one that is still open after over three years. Mine happened quite a while ago FWIW.
THE FAA’s power, by statute, is limited. It requires hierarchal compliance when the NTSB is involved; only afterwards utilizing their findings in proceeding with their own 8900 rule book options. Statute also precludes them from going after anyone when 24 months have passed since date of the occurrence.
I hope this helped.

New Zealand Citizen
Hi
I am a New Zealand citizen and passport holder. I was wondering if there are any other New Zealanders working at National? I believe the E3 (Australia) Visa is not required.
Also are there any other non-USA citizens working at National?
Thanks

Are you asking can you work for a US carrier flying N registered airplanes without the right to work and live in the US?
