No compensation if your flight gets cancelled, but wrongful death? Heck yes there can be, doesn't matter how you paid for your ticket.

not true at all. you do not have to be a paying customer to win a wrongful death lawsuit.

True nothing prevents the wife from seeking compensation for her loss.

Pretty eye opening article though, that most of us were already saying. If you can’t work with your employees, you get what you pay for. Hopefully this is a wake up call to your management.

Unfortunately, it is not. Our management team is proceeding with business as usual. They will most likely continue down that path with similar future results until they are ultimately thrown in prison where they belong.

This whole scenario/situation is like Colgan all over again. Atlas was lucky there was only 3 people on board and that wasn't an AMC flight.

Yup. I got one this morning. I emailed them back and called them pro-mgmt scumbags, and told them never to send me anything like this again. I’m sure it’s not even a replyable email. But hey, it made me feel slightly better.

Man if that was a flight full of green-suiters you could fold this whole airline up and throw it in the trash. Game over.
