Ameriflight general questions
 

I am currently a student pilot with questions regarding the work environment and quality of life at ameriflight. I have heard of a few graduates of my current program ending up there as their first job after instructing. In general, how is the atmosphere at ameriflight, and how do they treat their pilots? Are they as good of a stepping stone as they claim to be to make it to a larger airline or cargo company such as UPS or Fedex?
