From what I last heard they pay FOs (roughly) 80k/year to start. The last 727 will be gone end of this year, should be up to 3 757s at that time. There was a training bond of 30k, but not sure if that's still a thing. Expect to not have any realistic ability to go anywhere on your days off due to how they structure their schedules. The management is atrocious and they have some special snowflakes but the flying is (or was) great.

Are you a former employee? If not is there a current or former employee that could PM me for a few questions? Thank you in advance!

Looks like they got themselves grounded.

Any updated info?

I see they’ve been back to flying so they got their CKA issues sorted I believe.

4 757-200s correct?

anyone with any info regarding schedule?

thanks!

According to a buddy there... One 757 is down (has been for months). Morale is low (with new hires) and "meh" (with long timers) and turnover is high. Many pilots left during the grounding... Trying to rebuild the pilot group.

Switched to a new training provider, last one was too unorganized (while trying to interface directly to FAA rather than a subordinate of the certificate holder).

It's not a "bad" gig if you specifically have your heart set on Pacific Island cargo... Though no union, typical "pilot abuse" tactics, and crap DOM.

The place has real potential if it can get out of it's shell, but that's proven difficult due to certain interoffice dynamics.
