From what I last heard they pay FOs (roughly) 80k/year to start. The last 727 will be gone end of this year, should be up to 3 757s at that time. There was a training bond of 30k, but not sure if that's still a thing. Expect to not have any realistic ability to go anywhere on your days off due to how they structure their schedules. The management is atrocious and they have some special snowflakes but the flying is (or was) great.

Switched to a new training provider, last one was too unorganized (while trying to interface directly to FAA rather than a subordinate of the certificate holder).
It's not a "bad" gig if you specifically have your heart set on Pacific Island cargo... Though no union, typical "pilot abuse" tactics, and crap DOM.
The place has real potential if it can get out of it's shell, but that's proven difficult due to certain interoffice dynamics.
