ATI will operate them (at least initially). The initial route originates at SEA. The route is SEA-ANC-PHX.

There is a bid out to commercial contractors for a building 3x the size of the new Alaska airlines hangar at Ted Stevens Anc airport. The bid is open, have not heard who the customer is. Or where the location will be.
