Or American, or Delta... United, Alaska, Southwest, Allegiant, Omni, Kalitta, ATI, Hawaiian, NAC, Spirit, JetBlue, Frontier, most Regionals...

All of them get pay more than Atlas and they get to vote on contracts. Maybe you haven't accepted the offer and you still have a chance.
Well.. I interviewed with fedex... didn’t get
Past day 2 sadly... I’m in the UPS pool (2 months ) .. I have a job offer with PSA and am
Waiting for AA or DAL to call...

Their initial offer was 767 in December but they did also offer 777 for October with southern.. I understand the contract and pay are the same now

Your post above does nothing but make it look like you are pouting and that I hurt your feelings.

I looked up a photo of the author. Not inconsistent with her reaction to work that involves movement.
Well, she should of went to flight school if she wanted to make decent money pushing buttons and staring out a window while sitting.

Did you go to Emerald Coast before interviewing with FedEx? If not, then you should have. UPS is a pretty good gig and certainly better than Atlas

For starters:

- stop with the “if you’re not with us you’re against us attitude” that seems to be so prevalent.
- stop trying to crucify and silence people that are critical of the union.
They’re critical for good reason.
- stop with the bombastic overly adversarial dramatic emails and just stick to fact in communications.
- stop with that ATAM nonsense

We all pay union dues and stop trying to make me feel it’s “protection money”.

While these are all valid points probably applicable to any 1224 carrier, you mention nothing about how to move ahead in negotiations. This is all about your hurt feelings and nothing about moving the pilot group forward. Good leaders lead with innovative ideas not whining about the obvious.

Is there anybody currently flying with southern or atlas that would actually recommend either company 767/777 to a new guy? Could a new
Contract be complete in say 6-12 months?
As I said, I am swimming in the UPS pool and have a back up with PSA.. why AA or DAL haven’t called is a
Mystery to me and my colleagues who fly for both in my reserve squadron.
I have had app reviews from professional companies.
PM me if you feel the need.

You'll get paid more at PSA and upgrade quicker.
