Furloughs coming to Atlas

It is clear from your post that you don’t understand how the arbitration process works. There has to be a violation of actual contract language to start with. Further to the point, one violation is significantly harder to win an award in a pilot group’s favor compared to having multiple events in violation, emails, pictures, witnesses, etc.

Roll your eyes all you want. It must be fun sitting in the cheap seats not lifting a finger while we carry your water. Battles are won, battles are lost but this war isn’t over and even when it does end, the peanut gallery will still be the oxygen thief it is today.
And alienating half the pilot group doesn’t count.
Union still encourage bullying new hires into not taking overtime?
You’ve lost everything you’ve taken to court and keep promising you’ll win the next one...and then you don’t and blame it on an anti labor judge.
Ad nauseum.

Name one thing you’ve achieved in the last two years.
And alienating half the pilot group doesn’t count.

2) Since we have alienated "half the pilot group", I find it interesting to see all the pilots running against us at election time. What slate were you on again?
3) Completely baseless accusation.
4) Have not promised to win any of them.
In the past 2 years:
422 Grievances filed
We won 338 of them
Withdrew or lost 84
80% win rate
Atlas Arbitrations
We have won every arbitration to date, many are listed as confidential due to settlement terms.
The big arbitration:
Won the Passenger Outsourcing arbitration
Won the Strike Language arbitration
Numerous others are still awaiting rulings
Again, what have you done for this pilot group???

So, are furloughs coming to Atlas/Southern or not?
Generally, from my understanding on the Southern side of things the schoolhouse is slowing down and the dearth of FO instructors in Miami much to their chagrin have been sent out on the line.
OE is seriously backed up, lots of cancelled and delayed flights.
Scheduling has become an incredible debacle, mostly caused by the new work rules and the Atlas schedulers. The Southern schedulers have been working super hard to keep it working while Atlas points fingers.
Nobody has mentioned that when Amazon made the deal with Atlas it also included a fair amount of interest in the company. Seems in some ways like Atlas management will run the company down and drop the remains in Amazon's lap.
So, are they going to furlough or not?

That’s what you call your members that don’t shout hallelujah with e-v-e-r-y scrap of bombastic propaganda you try to feed the masses?
Maybe you should try a little harder to represent the entire pilot group instead of alienating more and more and isolating yourself.
You’re not to big to fail.
You lost ABX and Kalitta in the same year no less.
At every turn you guys are getting clubbed like a baby seal.

Well, we are hearing the last new hire class for the remainder of 2019 starts tomorrow. I think it depends on if we start losing contracts with customers and with the way the operation is running these days, I would guess that such an event is likely to take place in the near future.

What are you even talking about?!? ABX??? I have provided facts with my rebuttal and you come back with this? Not only are you not involved in anything constructive to help your pilot group but you clearly have demonstrated you are in the low information crowd. Not only are you apparently too scared to step down from the bleachers onto the field but you don't even know who is playing in the game.
