Not for me, regional flying is not a place to get stuck if the music stopped. Got stuck in 911 as a young regional fo, sept 08 hired at nwa and delta merger got my class date cancelled. So the only reason I’m considering southern is a hope that it may luck out like my buds at K4 who got on in the mid 2000’s. Everyone said K4 was a terrible place to be and how times have changed

You know, like how they told us all we would have an AA style CBA in the next six months (back in 2016)...or, how they are saying how they always provide you a ride to/from work (with the gateway travel program) while at the same time trying to eliminate that program right now at the negotiating table. Maybe how they say, Oshkosh today, the world tomorrow with their current ads when the "world tomorrow" consists of the lower 48 states and occasionally a few cities in Canada while you fly the 737 all night and sleep all day in some rundown hotel.

Hey, when you talk with them next, ask them why the top brass are all taking retention bonuses so they don't flee the sinking ship.
Retention Agreements
In order to facilitate an effective leadership transition and to promote business continuity, each of the Company’s other named executive officers, XXXX XXXXX, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, XXXX XXXX, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and XXXX XXXXX, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, was granted a retention bonus opportunity as follows: subject to continued employment, each recipient would become entitled to receive $500,000 as of December 31, 2020 and $1,000,000 as of December 31, 2021. Each executive would also be eligible to receive any unpaid portion of the retention bonus upon a termination by the Company without “cause,” by the executive for “good reason,” or upon the executive’s death or “disability” (in each case as such term is defined in the applicable award agreement).
Maybe this has something to do with it?
