ATI Vacation
In the end you get the days off you want and if vaca falls on days off you get the money. Its not like they are stealing from you and its peak season so you know whats going to happen. New capts have problems because we could hold senior FO vacations but as a captain cant bid a line that falls on our vacation especially during peak/holidays.
Newbs You have to bid a line that overlaps your vacation. You cant slide or anything. |

The MEC has thrown a flag on vacation bids. The vacation bids have been delayed now10 days to resolve the issue. ALPA and the company are scheduled to meet I think today on a resolution. They have been working on this issue for a many weeks now.

I can appreciate your sentiment, but if people aren’t aware that our contract has lots of room for improvement then they haven’t been paying attention. My point was more so that posting it here does’t do anything to help our MEC work toward a resolution.
