I don't care about the situation at K2 and I don't care what you think about my opinion. You're saying you want K2 to vote to decertify 1224 when it's your own elected reps who are the problem. That just makes no sense whatsoever. On top of that, you're not willing to step up to help solve the problem because "there are much more qualified people" to do that. Isn't that how you got to where you are now, by letting the "more qualified" people do it? What makes you think your situation is going to improve with any other union? ALPA doesn't send you a box of geniuses when you sign up.

Reactivity you are spending way too much time and energy debating with a pilot who obviously works there and you don’t. Seems odd! The K2 pilot group will vote their conscience and if it is a mistake it will reveal itself in the numerous APC rants and future job postings. Guys that want a union are free to leave if a decert happens and vice versa Guys that want to venture without 1224 are free to leave because they have no faith in the union. The reason why I say the argument is pointless, he stated over 60 percent voted to decertify....he also stated last year an attempt was made but failed by a small margin, so that movement has been going on for awhile. Good luck to the K2 pilots with your decision.

Addition by subtraction. Good luck to all of them. Don't come back.

You travel on your days off
different work rules depending which plane you fly, for some reason they keep the 737 n 727 guys separate, there is no switching of metals, so you can't go from 727 into 737 or visversa
Min is 45 hrs
And from what i understand,, in some cases, you have to load and unload your own plane.
also, if your trip end at an out station, you may have to find your way home.
Good Luck,
