I’m not here to rain on anyone’s parade, but pay rates are probably the easiest, and one of the the least important, parts of a CBA. All I said was that I was unaware of how little else you guys had. |

Plus no training pay, or stated another way: full pay on the first day. So what does Atlas provide? Training pay $1600/ month for 4 months. Then 50 hour guarantee first year (87/hr). I appreciate and try to be someone who flies without bringing much rage onto the flight deck. We're never going to get what we're OWED by the MAN if anybody steps out of line even a little. Snakes in the mailbox wasn't that long ago -- and it speaks to a totally-different work environment in one place versus another. The bottom line for me always is: winners grin, losers spin. |
