Quiet on here the past couple days. Anyone gotten any invites to interview? Stats of folks that got an invite or a TBNT?

I applied last window never got a TBNT, applied again this window and nothing yet.

APC has 401k matching at 2.5% that seems low to me, anyone know if that is correct?

Yea it’s correct, it’s one of the areas of focus with negotiations.

Kinda. There’s a 4.5% direct contribution. So if you put %5 in you will get 6% total. Still low and major point of emphasis on the next contract.

I think you mean 3.5% direct contribution, yes? That plus a 50% match on up to 5% gets you to 6% from the company.

Likely because the application window is no longer open. They’re currently interviewing applicants from the July application window for fall classes.

Sept 7th is the last class for the year though that is likely to change based on demand.
