How many of you 121 guys put your start date as October 1st? I’m sure they don’t really want those that are furloughed.

I say I’m safe...but who really knows these days?
Heard ATI will give ALPA furlough guys a closer look so that is something at least if it’s true.
From my understanding is Hr isn’t really looking at furloughed or soon to be furloughed legacy guys .

Not even remotely close to my situation.

Been an expat for ten years, 777 Captain for most of it. Ended my contract in January to return home to the states to care for a dying parent. Never got the opportunity to go back to work.

After 384 hours of per diem (16 days) is accrued in a bid period, rig is equal to one hour of flight pay for every 6 hours out.

I know they wouldn’t hire during peak. I asked that because they’re all getting the TNBT and that’s the speculated furlough date due to the CARES Act. They wouldn’t put an earlier date if they didn’t actually want to leave their current carrier.
