FedEx Corporate Aircraft
 

I have used the search function to inquire about FedEx's corporate aircraft, however I still have a few specific questions.

Currently, the published minimums do not require PIC time. If one were to apply with two upper management sponsors/contacts (Director / VPs) without any Jet PIC time, but sufficient Jet SIC time, what would be his/her chances of actually getting hired. Furthermore, after a period of three years, would this individual be able to transfer to mainline w/o the PIC time, or would he/she need to obtain the required PIC time from the corporate side?
